Thank you for choosing DRM Home services and products. Please read the following policies carefully, as they outline the terms of use for our offerings, including returns, shipping, commissions, and scheduling. By making a purchase or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Shipping

Processing Time: All orders require a 3-4 day processing period before shipment.

Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via a traceable method, and tracking information will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).

​Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item is found to have a manufacturing error. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@thedrmhome.com with detailed information and photographs. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Made-to-Order

Processing Time: Made-to-order items require a processing time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the product.

Non-Refundable: Made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Commissions

Commission Requests: To commission artwork, clients must fill out the Commissions Form located on the Commissions page.

Contractual Agreement: All commissionable transactions are governed by a formal contract. The terms, timeline, and payment details will be specified in the contract and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Non-Refundable: Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned work, all payments are non-refundable once the contract is signed.

Scheduling for Interior Styling Consultations

New Client Requirement: To schedule an interior styling consultation, clients must complete the New Client Questionnaire available on our website.

Non-Refundable: All consultation services, fees, and any related additional costs are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Advance Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule more than 24 hours in advance may do so online at no additional cost.

Late Rescheduling: Clients who need to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur an additional fee. To reschedule in such cases, please contact us at contact@thedrmhome.com.

Cancellations

Consultation or Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel a consultation or service, please contact us promptly at contact@thedrmhome.com. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
